Stephen Vincent Crimson, California 2009
Stephen Vincent Crimson delivers a fine California take on a classic Cotes du Rhone in a good vintage. A blend of 75% Syrah and 25% Cabernet, the 2009 continues a string of successes for this crowd pleaser. Black plum and a hint of blood orange on the nose leads to a creamy, soft, juicy mouthful of plummy fruit with notes of chocolate and a touch of refreshing citrus at the end.
