Warm up with these two 90 point Red Wines!

Maremma 642° Rosso

Toscana, Italy 2009

“Squarely in the Italian camp, with a sour cherry component to the mix of flavors, including black currant and raspberry. This red also shows good acidity and firm yet well-integrated tannins, with fine length. Best from 2013 through 2020.”

Bodegas Bula Monstant 2012

Red Blend from Spain

“50% Carinena, 30% Garnacha and 20% Syrah, from vines that range from about 25 to 75 years of age; fermented in stainless steel and aged in French and American oak for four months. Brilliant ruby-red. Smoky, mineral-laced scents of dark berries and licorice. Chewy and focused, offering bitter cherry and cassis flavors enlivened by a note of black pepper. Dusty tannins give shape to the finish, which lingers with very good energy and sneaky sweetness.”
